Project Management
Key tasks:
- providing directions to the project members
- delivering study specific training
- managing study start-up activities, site selection, study planning (systems, vendors)
- managing all aspects of the study to ensure subject, data integrity and adherence to contract and protocol
- addressing identified and escalated site issues/trends and driving to closure
- monitoring study timelines
- identifying and overcoming recruitment barriers, driving patient recruitment
- revising reports
- supporting overseeing maintenance and quality check of Central Files, accompanying CRAs on site visits
- participating in client, investigator and team meetings
- preparing for audits
